Clients and Participants Love Our Approach to research

I am SUPER impressed with this panel and Brittney’s skills to put together the right activities and interact with these moms. I’m really excited to use this type of research again. I’ve only  had one experience with an online panel and I thought it was way too tedious and too much information. Brittney is doing a very good job keeping the conversation going and getting us the summaries.
— Insights Manager, Health Products
Brittney acted as a moderator for follow-up interviews we conducted with parents of children diagnosed with a specific illness. She was a wonderful addition to our team, jumping in quickly to understand the objectives and direction of the interviews, working alongside the client to optimize the interview time. She also took it upon herself to learn the background of the parents, as we had conducted previous research with them, which was incredibly helpful. Brittney was great at putting the interviewees at ease so it felt less like a question/answer-style interview and more like a conversation. It was great working with her and we plan to do so again in the future.
